2025 Annual Conference and Leadership Forum

We’re Gearing Up for Our Flagship Event this Fall!
Big conversations, big connections and a beautiful setting await at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, a desert oasis located in Tucson, Arizona, where we are gathering for our premier water industry Annual Conference and Leadership Forum.
The week kicks off with a pre-conference tour of a Yuma Agricultural Facility on Tuesday, November 4.*
Our formal program then begins on Wednesday, November 5, with the Leadership Forum during which participants will map out the the association's policy and operational objectives for the coming year.
The Annual Conference will commence thereafter, with keynotes, educational presentations, and committee, caucus, and board meetings, along with a steady stream of networking in between which will continue through Friday, November 7.
And, best of all our friends from the Bureau of Reclamation will again be on hand during the event to conduct their "15 Minute Meeting" blitz. (Details on signing up for these special one-on-one meetings will be emailed to all NWRA members in a separate message).

*Additional details about the pre-conference Yuma Agricultural Facility Tour will be posted soon but will require your arrival in Arizona on Monday, November 3 in order to participate in the tour early the morning of Tuesday, November 4.

Our headquarters hotel venue is the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, located at 7000 N Resort Drive, Tucson, Arizona, 85750.
To ensure NWRA does not encounter attrition charges with this event, registrants will be provided our special group rate block reservation code in the confirmation email that is sent notifying you of your completed event registration.
