National Water Resources Association Event Registration Cancellation Policy
All registration change, substitution, cancellation, or refund requests must be made in writing to nwra@nwra.org.
Substitution requests will be accepted at any time up to the date of the commencement of the event.
Other change or cancellation requests will be honored up to 12:00 midnight on the twenty-first day prior to the event commencement date, or up to 12:00 midnight on the hotel cutoff date if it is later than this date.
Valid cancellation requests will receive a refund of any registration fees paid minus a $75 processing charge.
Refund requests made after the cutoff date will not be accepted.
Registrants who fail to attend the event, in part or in whole, are not eligible for a refund and will be billed for any balance due.
