Registration

• 1) Non Member Conference Registration – $1,075.00
  Guest registrations are only permitted for individuals attending with a registrant, like a spouse or family member. Colleagues are not eligible to be registered as a guest.
• 2) Regular Member Conference Registration – $775.00
  Guest registrations are only permitted for individuals attending with a registrant, like a spouse or family member. Colleagues are not eligible to be registered as a guest.
• 3) Life Member–Board Designated Conference Registration – $350.00
  Guest registrations are only permitted for individuals attending with a registrant, like a spouse or family member. Colleagues are not eligible to be registered as a guest.
• 4) Title Sponsor Registration – $6,000.00
  2 complimentary registrations are included with the Title Sponsorship ($6000). Please fill out the "Guest" section for the second attendee. Other sponsorship opportunities are also available for purchase in the registration form.
• 5) Diamond Sponsor Registration – $4,000.00
  1 complimentary registration is included in the Diamond Sponsorship ($4000). Other sponsorship opportunities are also available for purchase in the registration form.
• 6) Exhibitor – $1,100.00
